We never store full transcripts in our database. Conversations are processed by our AI partner (ElevenLabs) to generate brief summaries, then the transcript is automatically deleted after 30 days.
What we keep: AI-generated summaries, emotional scores, and call metadata (duration, time). What we don't keep: actual conversation recordings or full transcripts.
